CCH is a family owned business. Thomas Cornell started in the home building business in the early 1970's and has developed many projects and built hundreds of homes throughout the Inland Empire and other areas in Southern California.

In 1997 his son Toby Cornell took over the business. As long as Toby could remember, he has been around the construction industry, working along side his father and other building trades. Toby believes he is very fortunate to have grown up in a family who has been in the construction / building industry for many years. He has learned from hands on experience.

Toby has been an active member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc., since 1998. He has also been a member of Western Regional Master Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders and The Better Business Bureau. He also actively volunteers and donates time and energy in varies charities and organizations.

Toby personally inspects every home his company designs and builds. His experience in the construction industry has proven invaluable in the building of his homes. This is a very important personal characteristic that is important when choosing a Custom Home Builder. Toby prides himself on taking the confusion out of the home building process and keeping his customers informed on the progress of their new home.

Through the many years of home building Toby has put together a superb team of subcontractors and suppliers who have a proven track record of efficiency and high quality of service.
